We are looking for a Service Advisor with at least 2 years experience in automotive or related field.
The tasks related to the position are:
—Welcome clients and conducting needs assessments;
—Provide professional service in accordance with the high standards of Honda Canada;
—Monitor the progress of the work;
—Close the work orders.
The person sought must:
—Demonstrate interpersonal skills and a positive attitude;
—Be oriented towards customer service and have sales skills;
—Be structured and organized;
—Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
—Be comfortable with operating systems.
